11/28/22 request to speak at luuncheon

Greetings - I am the National Vice President for the National Association for Retired and Veteran Railway Employees (NARVRE).  NARVRE is an association founded in 1937 for the purpose of protecting, preserving and promoting Railroad Retirement benefits.  Throughout the years, there has been many attempts by Congress to eliminate or change the Railroad Retirement Board and system.  To date, NARVRE, along with rail unions, have been successful in preventing such from happening.

I have noticed your Metro-North retiree organization has various luncheons and events throughout the year.  NARVRE would appreciate the opportunity to meet and speak to your retirees at one of your events in 2023.  If your retiree organization approves our request, please advise us since we are currently planning our scheduled events for the upcoming year.  If you would like more information about NARVRE, you may visit us at www.narvre.us, or you may call me.  Thank you for your time and consideration.
