If you are using Windows 95 or Windows NT 4.0 and you do not have Internet Explorer 3.0 or later installed, you may have to download an update to your Common Controls library. This is available from Microsoft here. InstallingControl Panel Applet: Run the setup program from the zip file. EXE Version: Just extract the executable wherever you want. UninstallingControl Panel Applet: Use the Add/Remove Programs control panel -OR- delete Startup.cpl from your windows system directory. In either case Control Panel can't be open (If you are using Add/Remove programs, close the Control Panel window before hitting Add/Remove). EXE Version: Delete the EXE.
